Beehive of Thoughts
What it’s like to be an expert at overthinking
Well for one…It’s not fun…
Being up during the ungodly hours of the night, thinking about what you have said or done the previous day and how it possibly could have made someone mad or upset. Having those thoughts absolutely eat at you even though you are at the point of exhaustion. Apologizing for any issues or feelings you may have hurt or caused. Believing that everyone may hate you or have ill feelings towards you and only put up with you out of pity and to embarrass you or just to mess with someone-you being the culprit. Thinking you’ve forgotten something every single time you go out. Creating problems that aren’t even there.
At least you know what to avoid that fuels it. At least you know how to help someone with those same thoughts. At least you know…
Overthinking can be a good thing as well…thoughts pooling into your mind. Ideas for the next drawing you may do or the next piece of writing you’ll create. Ideas for the story which has already been created in your head.
Overthinking is like a beehive…in which your head is the hive and the thoughts are the bees….they don’t stop buzzing…
As for when it is fun…You think of the most random solutions that actually (mostly) work to your problems…
I actually don’t really have any examples for that…because at the moment, I can’t really think of a time.
I don’t really think I could think of good things that come with overthinking…
